bro, I’m not sure what your point is. There’s no rockets fan that’s not happy we are winning. If you can’t except the legit criticism of the most coddled and supported player on the team through 4 seasons that simply hasn’t earned any of the money he’s made or minutes he’s played in the nba, I honestly don’t know what to tell you. We’d be much better with an average shooting guard and that’s pretty much not debatable by the numbers. Stop taking the Jalen criticism personal. Folks are allowed to criticize the weak link on the team. Jalen is making real money now. Play time is over.
I think you care too much. Its not about Jalen, its about missing the forest for the trees.. I care about the team 1zt and foremost. I understand Jalen has to get better. But... After a huge win, on the road, in OT, down to the wire, the last thing i think about is coming to the board to hate on a player who wasnt even playing lol. Id rather think about the Amen steal. The Sengun too small. IDK anything else besides blind hate. Just me...
Actually looked better to me cuz today he wasn't forcing shots. Sick Jalen just stays out of the way.
There's nothing "blind" about it. If you care about the team you should care about players that are hurting the team.
Posts like these are why this is one of the worst forums on the net. Any basic chat room or forum has moderators. All except for this low class Houston forum lol putting you on ignore.
My point is only that people ran to the internet to hate on Jalen, rather than congratulate Amen or Sengun after and incredibly hard fought win. It's a flaw in the psychy. No one is taking the criticism badly. He didn't play well he gets reduced minutes. His play was rightfully rewarded with bench minutes. Whats the complaint? Why we upset? We should be vibing.
Anyway I came here to say Im officially worried about Green. I was on the outs with him last season to the point I thought he should be sent to the bench. Then he had that fake come back at the end of the season and now he's as bad as ever. He's a shooting guard that cant shoot. It may be time to make him a sixth man and give amen or eason a shot because its looking bad out there.
It's a joke about a player who actively hurts their team and is somehow still considered untouchable by the lunatics we have and I'm expressing my anger in the way i want. I'm not hurting anybody so stop being a snitch and let people be themselves. Not only you could reprogram me you don't have a right for that either.
Straight dribble drive or contested step back, if neither one of those things work he simply doesn't know how to help a team offensively. His court vision, which seemed to be improving at points over the last 2 seasons, looks worse than ever. People can call it hating if they want, but him being one of the 2 guys you count on to generate half court perimeter offense is killing us right now. Udoka is gonna have to do a better job of staggering Sengun/FVV because the offense can't take it when neither is on the floor. The Amen/Tari combo and the chaos it generates have saved us a lot in that regard.
Imay's weakness is he has enough say and leeway to give players the longer leash......and he is trusting the wrong guy. I think Jabari will somewhat break out but Jalen is probably heating up end January or February to March. Those type of players are all Confidence first players but not really apt for a 80 game stretch.
If nalen played like his usual 32 mins instead of 32 mins then he would have attemoted his usual 9 threes a game
March Truthers... we talked about this. Almost 20 games down. What are we seeing? What does Jalen Green need to do?
Any details on what the illness that he has had the past week? It's also crazy how even like 2 seasons ago, he would have been held out because of COVID worries.
