It’s obvious dude lacks confidence. It’s like he knows he’s not good enough. He shouldn’t be playing non garbage mins.
Sheppard needs to go down to the gleague and have Holiday play. Him getting 8 minutes a game is pointless for development and not really helping the Rockets either.
It was really always his size and athleticism. I'm not really concerned yet, just wish he would shoot it more coming off the screens.
I’d like to see Reed spend some time running point in the G-league. I think it would be good for him to play heavy minutes on ball. Remember Reed has very little high usage experience and even less on ball going back to his time at KU.
His issues won’t get better by playing 10 minutes a game doing mostly nothing. He needs to be in the G-League jacking 30 shots.
i 've never seen him take the ball to the basket like Rob Dill does thus no FT.... always settling for 3's and bad shots.
I said from the beginning that people need to be patient with his archetype. Look at Mark Price's and Nash's first years.
