None of us hated, we just saw the writing on the wall a few years ahead when they were still telling us Jalen was the only true core piece on the team, pure gaslight
So glad Minnesota traded for Julius Randle. He's like their version of Jalen green. Black hole, low IQ, inefficient
Wow was that a stupid contract. I cannot believe we gave him a player option. His is untradeable without giving up some Phoenix stash.
some posters are in here saying jalen's contract is still good no matter how bad he plays because it's not a max... if $30m plus is nothing to scoff at like they say, then might as well just waive jalen. (personally i think we're screwed bc tilman is not going to stay put wasting $30m plus/yr on jalen and will make some sort of desperation move to remedy)
Apparently he was dealing with illness but sure let's all hate on green even after a win. https://www.rotowire.com/basketball/headlines/jalen-green-injury-dealing-with-illness-469315
we just want the dude to be a decent basketball player. we thought he figured it out to start the season but he's back to his rookie ways. since he's still on the roster, we need him to be a good player to help the team. right now, most of us don't really see the improvement.
Man, weren't they decent just last year? I mean, 46-36 is nothing to scoff at, we've yet to reach that.
I really thought he would be better than this, not great, but better. I even thought the contract was good but now we may be stuck with him if he doesn't have a drastic career change.
