How many shots were fired from the most armed civilian population in the world?

We'll just have to disagree. I hope the left stays radical at this point. It won't help in future elections.

January 6th was/is so insignificant I don't know why I'm wasting my time posting on it.

Shots fired isn't the only evedince of a crime. Trying to overturn an election isn't insignificant to some of us. You are definitely allowed to decide for yourself if it matters to you.

ashli babbit died because she suffered from TDS and believed his lies then she tried to lead a violent mob of insurrectionists into a secured area in order to attack and possibly murder sitting members of congress. she stupidly did this while a gun was pointed on her. that cop showed a lot of self-control by not unloading on more of those traitors.

im genuinely curious to know what our resident terrorist sympathizers like commodore think that federal cop should have done when ashli babbit crawled through that broken window?

should he have just let her through? then when more of the terrorists came through should he have just let them in as well? then when they got to sitting members of congress should the federal officer have just let them get at them? they were straight up calling for murdering the vice president and announcing that they were targeting specific members of congress...should the officer have stood down and let them have their way with them?

Prosecution of government officials for abuse of power is largely a waste of time, whether they deserve it or not. It would take years to administer, and DC juries/judges aren't going to convict any member of The Resistance tribe. It would be nothing but gag orders and "can't comment on an ongoing investigation".

Much better to have all records ever produced by the DoJ made available to the public, and queryable by an AI for anyone to use. The amount of malfeasance uncovered would destroy what's remaining of the DoJ's credibility, and make the case for widespread reforms.

How is Chauvin in prison for a police-trained and approved neck hold that didn't kill George Floyd (died of a drug overdose - 8 drugs in his system from swallowing them all)? Ahmaud Arbery was caught in the act of a robbery, stole a citizen's gun from his hands and in the process shot himself, and 3 neighborhood watchmen from Georgia are convicted of murder and imprisoned. Meanwhile Ashli Babbit's shooter is walking around a free man.

We have to restore order to our system of justice. It's been crazy for several years now.

LOL, true. Is there anyone less credible than the pathological liar himself? Guys like the orange man will lie until the day they die. Truth is for suckers and peons who can't afford to spend millions on lawyers and fixers.

what do you think the officer should have done? stood down and let the trump insurrectionists get to sitting members of congress? they were threatening to murder the VP and were hunting down specific members of congress and also beating the s*** out of hundreds of cops. what do you think the trump insurrectionists would have done to that cop if they broke through the barricade.

it has. trump is a criminal, convicted felon, stole classified documents then lied about having them and refused to turn them over, tried to subvert our election and tried to commit election fraud and then incited an insurrection and he will not face any accountability for it. our system of justice is indeed crazy.

Here here all rich son of a b*tches, with a desire to become autocrats and dictators, Jack Smith just sent a message that you too can get away with criminal election subversion in the future, and can lawlessly obstruct democracy, commit fraud, rape women and minors, steal and share national secrets, and take domestic and take foreign bribes for quid pro quo.

Run for President, and your get out of jail free card awaits you. Give the billionaires your promise to serve them well if they fund your campaign. As President, everything is better now that you have full immunity. The world is yours to use and abuse and live lawlessly. You can now do as you wish with any woman in the world, and we will make sure those child brides you want to marry stay legal too. There is nobody left with any balls to stop you from doing it. White Collar criminals rule! The MAGA mantra is real. Your pardons will be granted if you serve me. Loyalists will always get a pass, and those who disagree with me will be fired and persecuted. Nobody is going to stop me now.

The 1% will rule your lives you stupid peons. No get out of jail free cards for you thugs. We will shoot you without blinking an eye if you protest for your rights. Civil rights are woke mentality you dumb low IQ brown skins and perverted f*ggots. Watch them disappear. I'm giving police full immunity to beat the sh*t out of you. You will soon be put in your place, which will always be beneath the white male. Planted evidence? Cameras off? Prove it sucker. Only those with red hats or white skin will be embraced and pardoned if violence and death threats are laid upon you.

Actually John Roberts is the clown who really killed all of Trump's open & shut cases with his bullshit.

Merrick Garland left him an opening by dilly dallying and he took it as much as possible - not just Trump v US but all the strategic delays & then non delays to help Trump.

He's pathetic, Roger Taney level villain - will be remembered as one of the worst actors in the history of the Republic for repeatedly enabling Trump and destroying democracy, if there anyone around to remember at all.

Just a legacy of horror and shame.

You are dramatically overestimating the crowd's level of violence. Not surprising, given that you still haven't acknowledged the dozens, perhaps hundreds of federal agitators in the crowd. There's no way for you to distinguish between Trump supporters and feds. But even looking past all of that, Byrd could have literally done anything else... except, you know, KILL SOMEONE. Did you see the people that went to the house floor or Pelosi's office? They were tourists, not terrorists.

"Open and shut cases" that were all dropped. "Open and shut cases" that the voting public said were illegitimate political attacks. When you abuse the legal system, like Merrick Garland did, then you deserve everything he's got coming. And I hope it's a lot. Garland, Tish James, Bragg, Fani (lol), Jack Smith, Engoran, Merchan, and Chutkan set back the system of justice in America centuries with their political behavior. We look like a banana republic -- like what Brazil is currently doing. And the American voting public punished them all accordingly with the election of Trump. Full rebuke.
