Why did Holiday/Jeff Green didn’t play when the team was literally lacking energy? Send Reed to the G league also. Needs to practice getting separation from his defenders. This ain’t Kentucky.

What exactly did he do wrong this game? Rockets had a chance but Fred trying to look for a call rather than get a good shot messed it up. I will say I was surprised Udoka did not attempt to go smaller with Tari, Simmons was feasting on Sengun getting to the rim. I would of gone small instead since Sengun wasn't necessarily playing the best game either.

 

2 more losses will make us in 11th in west conference.

 

Reed got himself benched after he passed up that wide open three in the 3rd quarter. He's got to stop being so afraid of missing shots that he never even takes them.

Tari was awful tonight offensively. Sengun was one of the only players keeping us in the game, so Ime made the right call playing him down the stretch.

 

Ingram is 20x the player Jalen is.

 

He also ran into his defender at the top of the key and just lost the ball, not his best moment.

 

My thing is some nights you are not going to hit your shots. That's just how it goes. This was clearly one of those nights where out guys shouldn't shoot but the defense should be there. They were getting wide open shots every time they screened the ball handler, nearly every time, and when they needed buckets they would just spam that and get it.

Yeah they gave up 104 points but that's only because the Blazers are not good. If this was an average team they would have lost by 25+ tonight. They were saved by the fact that the Blazers are a bottom tier team AND were also on the end of a b2b.

Well, sure i guess. But its true. This is one of a very few games this season, if not the first, that we lost the rebound battle.

Usually we thrive on oreb and 2nd chance pts and we didnt get that. We shot 35/25 and yet only 1 possession down at the end. We got outrebounded by 10. Split that to be an even rebound battle and we likely win.

We are an outrebound, win the turn over battle team. We didnt do that and we lost.

 

Only person that played well was amen, it was such an ugly game no way deni should just abuse us like that.
