Probably the most obscure time to write this considering Penguin is the best comic book creation since the Dark Knight.
Agreed! Penguin probably the only solid DC product out there. Marvel has zero though, even Deadpool 3 I’ve heard is a mess.
Tari is intelligent and well-spoken. Just decided to make a post in slightly colloquial language style.
The Rockets have a lot of valuable, positive players on the roster, but when you start scrolling Basketball Reference, the advanced numbers of these three guys (with Fred as well) are really starting to jump out from the rest of the group: BPM Tari: 7.9 (5th leaguewide) Sengun: 7.5 (8th) FVV: 3.4 (35th) Amen: 3.2 (37th) WS/48 Tari: .253 (8th) Sengun: .225 (11th) Amen: .185 (23rd) FVV: .182 (24th) VORP (a cumulative stat) Sengun: 1.2 (7th) Tari: 1.0 (13th) FVV: 0.8 (23rd) Amen: 0.6 (40th) Bari's numbers are starting to come around, too, and Jalen's numbers are actually better than we give him credit for, but if you want an answer for why the Rockets have been as surprisingly dominant as they have been, these four guys are the reason. Then you consider Tari, Sengun and Amen are 22-23 years old and none of them are averaging 30 minutes a game yet or are nearly as efficient offensively as they could be, and I start to get really, really excited about this trio long-term. These three aren't just playing like future All-Stars, guys. They're playing at an all-star, arguably elite level right now. Imagine what happens once their minutes slowly grow and their offensive games start to be refined. This team could be a contender for a decade or longer.
Rockets, Magic will join the Thunder as best young cores who might dominate the play-off picture in the next few years to come. We are the future! I’ve never hoped more for a team to stay together and not do something stupid like trading a few young guys for a “star”. The only thing I will understand is if next year Green won’t show consistent offense and Green in particular nor Sengun is a dominant 20-30 PPG star for one to go for a veteran who looking to lead a team to a championship.
