People keep saying the Rox don't have "that guy" but here we have Sengun dominating and putting 30 and 12 on the Pacers at only 22 yrs old. Its honestly getting old. Sengun is already a borderline superstar he just doesnt get enough attempts because we are stacked. If the Rockets ran everything thru him he would be averaging Banchero numbers easy.
They wants us to believe that the center with the most assists in NBA history at his age is a selfish player. “The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.” George Orwell, 1984. Sorry, we are not blind or brainwashed. You can silence me, you can ban me, but you cannot stop me from exposing this nonsense without exposing yourself first.
If Sengun wasplaying with better shooters, His stats were trippledouble stats 18 ppts/10 asists/10 rebounds at worst..
Probably the same person who said he didn't have a good work ethic or he didn't work in the summers as much as kpj or green. Some imaginary character.
I do not see the "SHOW IGNORED CONTENT"' option meaning dumbass Rocketschump as usual has nothing to say when Sengun plays well like he usually does.
This is a flawed argument. Being compared to Jokic is great, and Sengun is compared rightfully so IMO. Yet, Sengun started his first NBA season at age 19.2, Jokic at age 20.7 The same logic can lead to a correct (but flawed) statements like, "By age 21, Sengun had infinitely many times NBA rebounds than Hakeem Olajuwon had by that age." "Jalen Green had scored twice as many points in the NBA compared to Michael Jordan by the time they both turned 22." Hakeem and MJ did not make it to the NBA until they were 21.7 years old.
He needs to slow down and play his game against longer players. He can still score on them just fine. It didn't seem to bother him last season nearly as much as it has in the early going this year.
Last year, someone was quite adamantly pointing to pbpstats.com for on/off ratings. Just had an updated look at it. Looked at Alperen and Jalen (since some people came into this thread arguing that Jalen is the better defender). If this data is to be trusted, one of the two made a big defensive jump this season. The other one as well - unfortunately, in the opposite direction?!
