Last year this thread would be much longer. I am guessing in the 25-30 range maybe more. It literally feels to me that the team's current record is 0-10. Watching every game has been an agonizing experience. Last year was totally different. Currently, other coaches are doing an excellent job of game planning against the Texans. Unfortunately, our coaches haven't yet adjusted. No doubt our underperforming and highly paid offensive line is part of the problem, but there are many other issues. Injuries, yes, but there is something wrong with this team. To consistently do virtually nothing in second halves is odd, almost inexplicable. It would not surprise me if they lost to the Cowboys. It would not surprise me if they scored 30 pts. in the first half. It would surprise me if they scored any points in the second half. This team needs an enema. To flush out all the hype from the offseason. I think they believed it, especially Stroud.
Thats it. Get a little chemistry/continuity heading into the bye. Give yourself a little more data and then with any luck announce yourself in a grand way coming out of the bye and heading into the playoffs. All is not lost! Too many of our fans are down in the dumps for no good reason. We have the league right where we want it! LOL
zero faith in this team and the experts have zero faith as well. The current spread is Texans -7. Without Dak and probably no Ceedee. If we were good, we’d blow this team out by 15-20 points. I fully expect the Texans to lose and took the cowboys against the spread.
Dallas defense is putrid. They better double Parsons and not let him anywhere near CJ. Bounce back game.
The *NEW* positive Texans fan in me has this as a GET RIGHT game, we blow the doors off them and Mills plays the 4th quarter................The *OLD* Texans fan with PTSD sees a squeaker, the Cowgirls get up for this one, Cooper goes off and does his best MVP performance and we dont score again in the second half. I am going to start off the game in my *New*mode until they prove me wrong Texans 31 Cowgirls 10
I am fine lol but don't you think it's weird to be a fan of another team and post here? Something's just off about that even if supposedly the Texans are your AFC team
In 3 weeks if the Texans take care of business, I will have hope again heading into the bye at 9-4. However, if they drop any one of these next 3 games the sky WILL be falling.
