I'm pleasantly surprised to see a genuine improvement in Amen's 3 point shooting form.

He's shooting it better than Jabari

...I wish that was a joke

Amen knows exactly who he is as a basketball player and plays to his strengths while minimizing but working on his weaknesses. He's going to have a real long NBA career.

In a redraft, does he go #2 behind Wemby?

His form looks more fluid and almost acceptable now, compared to being tentative and a bit of a shot put last year.

Maybe by next year he can hit over 30%

The guy puts the work in for sure

The guy is so smart and talented. Highest ceiling on the Rockets.

Yeah, defenses still don't respect it yet, but it's clearly a step up from last season.

If he can get it to where defenders have to honor it...I get tingles thinking about his ceiling.

The mind, body, and effort are all there.

We are all giddy from his game today but after he still averages 27% from 3. Still a long way to go before he is even passable.

Amen is just 10 x more intelligent than Jabari.

A lot of us realise there's a whole lot more to a basketball player than 3 point shooting.

A lot of us are giddy game after game at the fact a second year player is already one of the best defensive players in the league.

I was at the game last night, and the biggest thing that stood out is his body language. He's really comfortable right now on both sides of the ball, knows how to pick his spots, and when they dared him to shoot, his form looked consistent each time. Definitely good progress.

All he needs to do is hit wide open 3s at around a .3 clip and there’s be no stopping him.

And if he misses short, there's probably no human better equipped to track down his own miss. I always figure a missed 3 is at least a chance for a long rebound and 14 seconds minimum to reset, or maybe even a quick put-back-- and so many of those put-backs are and-ones. If Amen keeps shooting 3s without hesitation, defenders are going to stop disrespecting him, which will spread the court. His form looks fine. I'm hoping he'll follow the Jason Kidd model of 3% progression.

Amen and Tari are the franchise players.
