This if Bucks wanted to reboot, with Houston sending 4 first . Why not still have your 2 young stars locked up. Need a superstar.
Man I would much rather keep Eason than Green. Tari could become a version of Kwahi leonard and he already has the defensive awareness.
I wasn’t necessarily advocating for Zion (who’s a career 34% from 3), but just saying that the Ime prototype is getting pretty nauseating.
Things couldn’t be much worse for the 3-8 Bucks, and they urgently need to get younger, hungrier, and more athletic. As such, Brook Lopez and Khris Middleton become key trading pieces for a Milwaukee front office that still believes in the championship viability of a Dame-Giannis duo. Middleton has been dangled in trade talks before, and his current injury hasn’t prevented him from being mentioned in possible deals already this season. The latest Middleton buzz comes from Bleacher Report’s Dan Favale, who proposed an interesting Bucks-Houston Rockets trade on Wednesday involving the three-time All-Star and NBA champion wing. Favale said that Milwaukee should send Middleton to Houston along with a 2031 first-round pick for Dillon Brooks and Tari Eason. “Milwaukee desperately needs athleticism and perimeter defense—to name just a few things,” Favale said. “Brooks and Eason are not the most explosive, but they deter and disrupt. Ball containment and the ability to force turnovers go from crippling weaknesses to strengths with them in the fold.” “Moving Middleton is tough—both emotionally and functionally. The former matters, but cannot be a deciding factor.” “Selling Houston on this will be equally hard. Middleton can help its offense without infringing upon others, and his contract expires as soon as this summer (player option). Really, though, the Bucks need the Rockets to covet the 2031 first-rounder and the mystique it emanates in future trade talks.” I DO NOT THINK WE SHOULD TRADE TARI!!!

If we are trading for Giannis, I think Alpi has to be the one that gets traded out. I know he can’t this season so it would have to be an off-season trade. I love Alpi and think he’s going to be a great player but he makes by far the most sense. Him and Giannis operate in the post. I don’t think they would fit well together. The defense with Giannis, Amen and Tari would be great and the transition offense would be insane.
Dillon Brooks+Tate+Holiday+a lotto protected future first for Middleton? fortunately, that’s not us really giving up a lot, but it does give the bucks some roster optionality and grit. Plus, They get a Holiday. Sengun/Landale or Adams Eason/Smith Amen/Middleton Green FVV/Reed As a 9 man rotation.
A trade for Middleton would be a disaster. Aging injury prone star who literally hasn't played a whole season in what feels like a decade. I wouldn't give anything of worth for him.
FVV+Cam+Jabari+Future 1st (top 5 protected) for De’aron Fox and Kevin Huerter. Sengun/Adams/Jock Eason/Green Amen/Brooks Green/Huerter Fox/Reed
