It's not Cade's fault the Pistons are trash. The guy has always been a fearless warrior. We are just now seeing that from Jalen and I hope it continues.
his path to stardom was always relatively simple. just shoot over 35% from 3pt. that is going to pressure everyone to play him tight where he will use his devastating speed to blow-by to the basket. look for his assist numbers to start to rise as teams will try to stop him from shooting the 3. previously the game plan was to let Green chuck from deep... so that may not viable anymore if he keeps up the new and improved form. exciting stuff!
Jalen (when he's on) is significantly harder to defend than Cade is. Cade is point-forward Zach Lavine/Bradley Beal. He's a turnover machine right now and it's costing them games. Won't see that on the stat sheets because people look at the W/Ls then at Cade's averages and stop there.
