Exactly, the racist, anti-trans and LGBTQ+, anti-Muslim and migrant policies as well as health care and thinking climate change is a fallacy, a lot of people and the environment will suffer greatly under this maniac.

The American way of thinking…man I feel sorry for people with brains who trust this man, the system and the propaganda through your insanely biased news outlets.

I know a lot of people are depressed because America - the America we grew up in that held out itself as a better place - the America that heard Barack Obama's message of hope - apparently no longer exists.

It's a sad thing and a sad day, and the next four years will be exhausting and awful - but one thing they can't take away is your ability to seek truth over their lies - even if we have a gigantic political media apparatus designed to make you think otherwise.

I don't have any other advice other than to seek truth & beauty wherever and however you find it & encourage others to do the same. America has showed us what half of it is, and they can peddle and implement their plan, but you have a mind and you can use it, even if they silence your voice the way they want to.

One thing I'm looking forward to is watching all the overly smug and pompous late nite TV hosts (mainly Kimmel and especially Colbert) have to get out of bed, put on a suit, and go to work today after the last 24 months of their lives were just invalidated.

Biggest election win of all time!!!!!

The people of America spoke and they rejected a facist/lying/demeaning/racist ran political army of the far left. The woke virus of America ran its course. It will die off.

Trump can now unify the country in ways we haven’t seen since the GWB post 9/11. People don’t believe the media any more. Its toast.

Time to fix the border, bring energy back, shut down the wars, and fix the economy. If he does then I foresee the newest powerhouse party.

The republicans played this so extremely well. They didn’t fling poo back like they would have many years ago and decided to instead get to work.

Grabbing Tulsi, RFK Jr, Vivek, Elon, Musk. Trump has over taken the center of the playing field.

I am also excited for the Dem party at this time. They have to fundamentally change and moving forward they will need to re run or reorganize to a more mid left position to have any chance moving forward which is better for everyone.

Great result. There’s some crazies in here who need to **** off and realize how brainwashed you were.

You were and are so brainwashed. Hopefully once the Woke virus dies off, you will wake up and stop being such trash.

You are in the minority. America as a whole rejects your weakness and mindset.

Simple question are you better off today than 4 years ago?

    America answered NO.

I will admit I'm excited for a new era that the Democrats will have to push forward to if they plan to win some of the country back. We have mid terms in 2 years and they better start focusing on those races and not worry so much about the presidential race for now.

What's amazing to me about Texas is the majority of the Rio Grande Valley turning red. It is usually a reliable blue area. Another county that surprised was Tarrant (Fort Worth), since it went blue in 2020 but flipped back hard red this time around.

Dems were largely a better option than republicans for a long time. It’s when for some wild reason they started forming and submitting to their crazy left base that things shifted horribly. I think Obama had a lot to do with that as tonight is the last breath of his era.

If CNN were smart, they would reset their cast and go softer on Trump. Stick to the truth and do away with propaganda. They are going to have to reset completely to have a shot to influence in 4 years. This really really changed the landscape of American politics.

I agree with you on all points except for the Dems. They will not change but will point fingers towards one another and there will be a massive implosion as well as blood letting. They will be rendered irrelevant which is so good for America.

My coffee tastes extremely good this morning. My goal is to get out there and putting in as much work and volunteering as I can. I want us to come together and live strong, healthy and most of all free in the greatest country on earth with my brothers and sisters of all stripes.

    Nah...

You were checked out in the obama years because you were a little ass kid. You were posting on here for months calling people stupid, idiots, low IQ, and everything else. You were one of the worst ones, if not the worst. Take this time to think about how wrong literally ALL of your takes were this election season, and realize you aren't as smart as you like to project.

The same can be said about any period in the past 70 years. Inflation always goes up if you didn't know that. It was better under Obama's last term than Trump's first so you're not making a lot of sense here.

Gotta say I'm surprised by the outcome though I knew a lot of closet Trumpers were out there.

Some other surprising statements from CNN/MSNBC (forgot which channel).
Trump won the under 100k crowd while Kamala won the over 100k crowd. I m mean that shouldn't be surprising based on the makeup of the rally crowd but interesting considering Kamala was promoted for the people and Trump was for the rich.
Trump won the popular vote as well as the electoral vote. That should stop the debate of should we have an Electoral College for the next 4 years. He improved all his 2020 numbers but Kamala didn't improve hardly at all over Biden's numbers. The CNN map on that stat was kind of funny. I think they were wondering if it was broken when the brought up Kamala's improvement counties.

Kamala's problem is she couldn't get the stink of "Bidenomics" off of her. The majority of people didn't feel they were better off and wanted to go back to the Trump years given the choice of the 2. They didn't want another 4 years of the same. You could argue low unemployment, falling inflation and the record high stock market say we are on track but 2/3 of American's thought the economy was bad. Why is that? Because the majority of American's live paycheck to paycheck. Big deal if their 401k grew from 100k to 130k. They can't touch that money. They have the same job and the paychecks aren't keeping up with food, child care, utilities, rent. Inflation is coming down yes, but that doesn't bring the prices down. The damage is done on that and they feel left behind.

The woke crowd had been trying to turn TX blue for quite sometimes now with all the migration from the blue states to TX. Last night was amazing and TX will be solidly red again. Florida has shown us the way. I’m so proud of my state and my governor. He had turned Florida from a swing state to a solid red despite all of the transplants from back East.

We pretty watched something historic. This is surely the most dramatic comeback in US political history.

Four years after leaving the White House, Donald Trump is set to move back in, after millions of Americans voted to give him a second chance.

The election campaign was one for the history books: he survived two assassination attempts and his original opponent President Joe Biden dropped out just months before election day…just cray stuff all around.
