For many counties worse. But some red counties better and there's a batch of absentee and mail in ballots from the Philly area still to drop in the next hour that will favor Harris. But a lot of what hasn't been counted in other places are same day voting which favors Trump.
The way Succession played the elections come to mind. Having the psychological lead and calling it shifts the whole tone of the election, even if the votes aren't fully counted.
