She would have gotten destroyed if the Democrats held primaries. Both in debates and by the media. At least you can acknowledge that it has nothing to do with her being a female.
I'm not going to be mad when Trump bullies the fed to lower interest rates. Sure, it's going to cause issues somewhere in the economy, but **** I would like to refinance my current mortgage at a lower percentage lol.
The issues don't matter that much, America elections are all vibes and personality. Kamala has little of that, she started off strong with the 'weird' stuff but then shifted to being a normal politician.
Just ran the math, Trump will win Pennsylvania by around 25k votes - he wins the Presidency in my estimation. DD
The Democrats forgot two things, Kamala wasn't considered presidential material 3 months ago, and second, how hard it is to win an election with only three months of campaigning for someone who hasn't gone through the vetting process
We don't like cancel culture and we pride in always working. We also got to see Cuba and Venezuela amongst other things. Liberal ideology is a tougher sell on Hispanics than the Dems think. I'm second gen and all my family and extended family has their papers at this point. Immigration isn't as big a deal to us.
Sure he can take some of the blame but again that primary wasn't exactly clean. They cleared the way for him. They should have put pressure on him too, they underestimated Trump (again) and thought he'd be good enough. He wasn't.
Why do you think this? I do remember the red mirage from 2020, but doesn't seem that Kamala will get enough momentum to win all 3. I think the best chance is to win Penn and Michigan, there are still a lot of ballots to be counted in blue counties, but Wisconsin seems like a certain loss. I don't have much hope for Arizona. I think she will squeak by Nevada, but that means she falls short. What are you reading that gives you hope or just a gut feel?
Yeah I mean if we are nit picking anything it’s at Biden not tapping out early enough to have a primary that allowed for a Dem outsider to run essentially against the Biden admin and Trump. The writing was on the wall that America and many countries around the world were blaming the party in power post Covid with inflation challenges and that bode poorly for the Dem candidate. If you run this thing again knowing what we know you force Biden to announce he’s not running again after he passes the key legislation he passed and then allow for an outsider to win the primary. Kamala imo did the best she could with the hand she was dealt and I feel bad for her. She’s going to feel like crap the rest of her life knowing it was all on her. Too much pressure to put her under. The best chance would have been someone who could have been a critic of Trump and Biden. Someone who didn’t have to worry about the lives of hostages in Palestine every time they say one word about support for Israel.
Incumbents don't usually step aside though. They really had to ramp up the pressure against the man, and even then he was ****ing stubborn about it.
We'll said. Same thing can be said for immigrants from Eastern Europe. I've never met a more conservative group then them. They've seen it first hand.
Exactly. Either the deep state won't let Trump win, or Trump joined the deep state. There is no winning for America.
