GA and NC are definitely Trump's. A very narrow pathway for Kamala but definitely not looking good for her. I think I've said a few times, a Trump presidency doesn't do much for me personally, but the legacy of judges is definitely going to be felt the rest of my life. That's a bummer to me since I am not conservative. It's not even just my life, but my daughter's life as well. Either way, local and state politics really matter as well and actually makes more of an impact on immediate life here, so hoping that Texas at some point shifts further purple. Where is @astros123 by the way? Or what about @DaDakota? Should at least be in here after talking all that trash the last year.
The judiciary is the biggest consequence. Trump will get to appoint, at a minimum, two more judges (maybe 3!). 6/9 could be his appointees. The impact of that will span generations.
Its 5am where i live? What do you want me to say. Whatever I said about trump was 100% true and now I can tell everyone i moved out of the country for the right reasons. Americans are braindead stupid. What exactly do you want me to say? Nothing i said was false
We'll see how women candidates do in the future. I believe there is still folks not wanting a female in this.
Or maybe it’s because they tried to convince everyone that a guy that can’t wipe his own ass could be the president …
I mean Trump would not do anything great for you as well. He was mostly all talks and very little substance.....oh we already had him as President.
Is there anything that you would do different? Nothing comes to mind. Jan 6, Putin, abortion, felon - it did not matter.
That would be a very unselfish thing for her to do. RGB couldn't do that and her death really shifted the courts balance. Even if Sotomayor retires, the court will be conservative for many years to come. At least Biden was able to put in a lot of liberal judges in the lower courts.
