Kamala should have never did the media blackout earlier on, should have had policy issues on the website weeks ahead of the first debate instead of the night before, she should have done long format unscripted podcasts, she should have picked Josh Shapiro, she should have focused less on Trump, she should have stood behind her position changes, etc. Etc. It'll be studied as one of the worst campaigns ever.

Trumps term was so bad it convinced me that I needed to start voting. At least from my perspective. The tariff/trade thing with China buried my family’s manufacturing shop. The response to Harvey was underwhelming. The reaction or lack of reaction to COVID ran me out of another job. I’ve never felt so directly affected by an administration and it was wholly negative. This isn’t even breaching what’s been done to civility and ethics in our discussions as people, as a country. And this really isn’t even getting into the character of the person.

Just my perspective, however, a second Trump term doesn’t thrill me. It’s like choosing awful because ok is just ok. I’m really not a doomer, I just don’t get the appeal on any level.

Biden’s administration wasnt perfect, if that’s an actual expectation. It was ok. But I’ll take ho-hum mid ass Biden/harris/whoever over something I know is going to be bad.

If you still have family in Bayview and they go to the public institution 24 hour lockup, I might be their guy.

Winning the popular would be pretty impressive.

Back then the GOP was a party of the Rich, a party of actual conservatives, the religious, and the bigots.

Now it's a party of the rich, the religious, and the bigots.

That's the difference. Actual conservatives abandoned the party.

I've never said the GOP was a party of racists. There's plenty of racists everywhere of all political parties. But the GOP DOES play racial politics and is driven in part by racial politics (anti benefits for poor blacks, anti-immigrant, anti-muslim) - that's been consistent since Nixon and how the GOP gets that label. But I know plenty of Republicans who are good people and who I call friends. They are not racist. But they are deceived.

Much love. I have vivid memories of Hurricane Alicia while living in Bayview. American dream is real.

You're a good guy FB. I am by no means suggesting Trump could be your man, but have you considered the Democrat party you have come to love might have left you behind?

So a Breitbart exit poll doesn't count as real numbers and 10 points is close to a bit.

You just aren’t a serious person when you say crap like this. Any objective person can tell you she did everything did everything she could. When the biggest “gaff” of the campaign came from mumbling senile Biden that’s pretty good. The fact is the country is where it is, and it is current shifted to pro right wing autocratic in a pretty big way. Especially with men who look to be going through some sh$t.

Do you realize the MAGA party you embrace never actually let you in?

You can deny that. You can't deny the election results.

Seems the election is trending towards Trump. Men don't want to vote for a woman - that will be the takeaway.

I don't love the Democratic party. I was a registered socialist for years. But I also voted split ticket every single election until 2020. I am currently a registered Democrat. Even this year, I voted for one Republican.

But there is no comparison and not even close.

Look. I dont disagree at all she ran the best campaign she could have ran. But it was a disaster. She had no policy. She couldn't separate herself from Biden. Trump build a coalition with moderates, independents and libertarians. I am also not stating 4 years of Trump is going to be great. I have an idea of what life will be like with Trump and for me personally, it doesn't look bad. With Harris, I have absolutely no idea. But it reeks of the Biden administration.
