Philly County is estimated to have lost over a 3% of its population, according to the Census, since 2020. Trump did better there in 2020 than 2016, which is why despite the additional votes from Dems for Biden, the % of the overall vote was slightly lower than in 2016. She'll need a miracle. Trump might get 25-30% of the Philly vote this time around.
