The President picks the Justices - just like Trump picked Justices that decided to take bodily autonomy away from women - Justices can be picked that will restore Roe. The two oldest Justice's on the Court are also the most Conservative --- voting for female bodily autonomy is certainly a reason to support a particular candidate.
The number of votes increased in 60,0000 between 2016 and 2020 - and this is an area where there has been population growth. It is certainly possible that she wins - or loses the state, but it isn't going to take a miracle for either to happen.
