We traded Davis for a 7th? Maybe? Showing what caserio has done late in drafts? I dunno I’m just disappointed…

Whatever the emotion behind the post all I can say is that list is pretty underwhelming apart from a name or two. Yikes.

If this guy is slandering Caserio, the 2023 draft makes this tweet look stupid.

I think the bigger indictment would be if most of the picks were out of the NFL...

I think all of those players are still in the NFL... except Finley (pro pickleball.... not even joking)

Caserio didn't choose to make a move, meanwhile the Chiefs, Ravens Steelers etc... are all making moves trying to win a championship. The Texans can still win a championship, but they have to get healthy and stay healthy. Nico/Mixon/Dell/Patterson in particular. Along with WA/Ward/Harris/Okudah/Autry/Hunter. Betting on Health is a very risky proposition.

I think our performance this season has shown that this is not the year to go all in chasing a championship. We still have more work to do.

My bigger concern in not addressing OL at the deadline is the health and development of Stroud.

Trading late rd picks for a guy like Dionte Johnson or Mike Williams, who are both on the last year of their deals isn't going all in.

Agreed, while I wanted Nick to make a move I don't want some scrub for draft capital. IMO those moves are not going to move the needle that much.

Is Dionte the same guy that quit on the Steelers? I get their WRs mixed up.

We get Nico, Rio and Azeez all back. It's like making a blockbuster trade. No other team can say that.

-Dana Brown posting in this here forum-

ps: Look at the back of Mason's Fleer rookie card!

Let Collins or Tank go down again and get back with me. There's a reason they brought Diggs in. Johnson certainly isn't a scrub

With this team all they needed was a little move. When you see the teams above you making moves but your team does nothing, it permeates a sense of "MAYBE THIS IS NOT OUR YR" throughout the locker room.

Let me make it more clear! The Texans were playing for a Super Bowl. That's all we heard, from ownership on down. You lose your Top 2 WR, your QB is getting beat up every game, the OL is laughed at throughout the league and you're giving up big plays, because your Top Safety has only played in two games ALL yr and you do NOTHING at the trade deadline, because you're holding on to late round draft capital???

THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES TO THE PLAYERS IN THE LOCKER ROOM

No team is going to fill every need but OL at least should have been addressed

Exactly, unfortunately filling a hole in the old is the hardest thing to do though. I've got hope Patterson and Green can be an upgrade. It wouldn't take much to be an upgrade.
