I have no idea who is going to win. BTW is the poll anonymous? ETA: I voted for Harris in my blue leaning state so I guess that I hope she wins.
I mean I voted in your poll but it was really more of a hope than thinking he will win. Is anyone really confident in their prediction? I'm not.
I think Trump. But I thought that last time and was wrong. So I am hopeful. The vibe in the swing states and counties are the only thing that matters. What 98% of others feel/perceive/experience doesn't matter. If you don't live in one of those counties, your experience is completely different. The ads you see on social media, TV, etc... those people experience a different reality/blitz.
It would have been interested to see who thinks a 20% tariff increase is what this country really needs to beat inflation, or is it the next top 1% tax break that is going to beat inflation, or deporting 20 million people "who look Mexican to a bunch of deputized rednecks in pickup trucks" will beat inflation, or ...
So very hard to separate and/or reconcile three things: what we want, what makes sense, and what the universe hands us.
