I don't really count it as a mistake, but she absolutely should have. Rogan isn't some hard hitting journalist. He's generally very friendly with anyone he interviews.

It's tough to battle people's impressions but we're experiencing a good economy. She could have stressed it more

She has ran a "perfect campaign for the Republicans" ---- yet, she is ahead in the popular vote and the election is a toss up?

How incredibly terrible and shitty are the Republicans then? You all don't even worry about truth or logic anymore.... just throw anything out there, no matter how incredibly illogical or false... and because you say it, it should be taken as the Gospel.

Kamala came into this race knowing
    1. She could not turn any Trumpers
    2. She could lost some Democrats

She could generally only lose votes and not pick up too many

I could not agree more. A lot of people were expecting a recession, but that did not happen. Low unemployment, inflation coming down, my portfolio looks great. She should have kept reminding people that things are not bad at all. The Republicans have done a good job of convincing people that the world is falling apart. I’m old enough to remember much worse times than what we are seeing now.

If she ends up winning, this section of GOP voters could be the tipping point. As an independent it's easy for me to rationalize going blue or red depending on the issues and the candidate, what I don't get are folks like Sinunu who is a staunch republican, who was telling us leading up to this that trump was not fit for office, yet will vote for him just because he has an "R" next to his name.....................I cannot wrap my head around that type of logic. I like the fact that I dont have a "team", I always want to be free to vote for the person who aligns with what's important to me.......................hell, I was ready to listen to Haley when she was running if it was a pick between her and Joe and I respect the hell out of that dude, but father time cannot be beat and he would not have been a good pick for me personally

I honestly think that's hard because most Americans are not looking at their portfolios, but instead what they have in their bank. Lets face it, food prices were high, gasoline prices were high, and everything else went up across the board. Americans had a perfect storm with the pandemic since the government injected so much money into the economy by giving some very generous unemployment benefits, generous stimulus checks, and generous child tax credits. I remember reading at the time how people were slowly paying off their debts and for a minute, it seemed like they were better off, but then those funds dried up, and inflation went up, and suddenly Americans were having a hard time paying the bills and no longer saving money.

It's all about perception and most people are living the moment. It's why even though this administration has done a very good job of pushing through legislation that benefits everyone as a whole, people are stuck on their immediate needs and their wallets.

    Whose polls?

Illogical or false: Like 6ft, mask mask mask, lockdown, the jab is the answer and you must comply or lose employment, ivermectin is for horses,.Russia Russia Russia, Laptop is Russian disinformation, "Just Don't", deplorable, Nazi, garbage, it didn't start in a lab in Wuhan, there are no bio labs in Ukraine, Joe is sharp as ever, censorship, open border, paying these immigrants from our pockets, bypassing the democratic process and placing the puppet they control in line to be Potus. Joe may have shared information he shouldn't have had, but he's too feeble to prosecute, and no you cannot hear the tape. I've never talked with my son or family about their businesses, I've been very clear on my stances, I've prosecuted gangs and foreign cartel, just off the top...oh wait this is all dem stuff and of course the parroting "unbiased" news supporting/pushing all of it. So you would have me trust in them?

    Hard disagree on #2.

Who went into 2024 excited to vote for Biden?

He was a compromise candidate that has less charisma than probably any candidate in living memory. That's not a dig, it's just hard to expect rockstar appeal from a career politician pushing 80.

Democrats were desperate for any reason to care again. Kamala isn't exactly Oprah but was treated like a walking demigod for the 3 weeks after she took over the ticket. Dems were that thirsty for anything else.

If she loses, it'll be because she couldn't inspire turnout. It's always on the Dems to get out the vote, because every time they don't Republicans win like clockwork. Simple as that.

I feel like it will be somewhat of the same mistake as Hillary, where she didn’t really stand for something that effects a lot of folks.

Obviously fighting back against the Christian Taliban’s war on women…. But I feel like there was so low hanging economic issues she could have been more vocal on. I think things like the Infrastructure, IRA, and CHIPs legislation could have been used to differentiate herself from MAGA and used to appeal to blue collar workers.

She is indeed facilitating the attempted genocide of the Jewish people by Iran, by surrounding herself with Iranian spies.

Although I am pretty sure that is not what you meant.

I think culture wars/ traditions have a built in advantage for conservatives. Plus they are just better liars

But she didn’t run a perfect campaign.

PREEMPTIVE pulling of the race card is a new one.

I'm fine, thanks. I'm sorry I didn't take the time to add quotations and credit to each comment or claim by your beloved party...but you figured it out, which is why you throw sand instead of addressing the hypocrisy of your statement. All good, Yule see, lol
