Daylight savings isn’t going to save you anything mentally. If you can’t get up at 6 in the morning every day, I don’t know what to tell you.

Nothing wrong with a quick mid-day power nap

Naps are fine. I encourage more naps than actual sleep. kids these days sleeping till 1 in the afternoon which is ridiculous and their haircut still sucks

I remember the teenage days when I could stay up all night and sleep until noon or so.

The time required for sleep sucks.

Sleepwalking semi-consiously though your day is a greater time-suck than getting a good night's sleep.

If you’re an athlete sleep is really important. It helps you recover faster and better and improves your mental to perform.

having to be in bed by 9 totally suxs. i'm always the first to leave the game while my buddies probably still have 2-3 more hours of playing time.

weekends are a lot better tho, i get to sleep at 11 or even midnight sometimes.

Went to sleep at 11:30 last night but didn’t sleep well. Woke up and saw that it wasn’t even yet 5am so lay over for another hour. Reminded myself that I need the sleep.

I have insomnia bad......I used to take Ambien, but after some "weird" nights I stopped. I smoke a little green which helps fall asleep, but I only get about 6 hours of sleep. I am a morning person so that parts good but by noon I need a nap, best REM sleep I get is on the couch on the weekend for an hour or so

You need 5 sets of 15 sec treadmill sprints, magnesium and a cold shower every night. Also, substitute regular coffee with mushroom coffee
