    HERE IT IS!!!!!

Its the play calling... Bobby has killed the spirit of the offense... I know the line is bad, but if they were so bad then Mixon would not be gaining the yards he's gaining. Our blocking schema for passing plays are just BAD.. I mean BAD.. K.I.S.S (Keep It Simple Stupid) Bobby is trying to be so cute that he's his own worst enemy..

Opposing teams are pressuring like crazy.. You need to do shorter and quicker routes, just about every dang passing play takes forever for the receivers to run their routes.

The definition of Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results... Bobby keeps doing the same thing week after week and the results are not changing...

I was already down on him but I officially checked out on Bobby the moment he called that dumbass HB pass. There are at least 10 obvious reasons why a play like that would be dead on arrival.

The Jets are in organizational disarray right now and even they were able to make second half adjustments. When you get out coached and out schemed by the Jets that's all you need to know.

    Bobby can get lost.

    Yep.

How do you propose to fix it?

That's the dumbest playcall - given the down, part of the field, score of the game - that I've seen in a long time.

It's clear to me that he might understand the scheme, but the scheme isn't his. He's taken it from the Shanahan tree, and just brought it over here. But he's not the architect, and therefore can't work in nuances and incorporate wrinkles that will throw defenses off after they've clocked all the obvious tells within his formations and play calling. That's the reason we have 6 2nd half TDs in 9 games. He's unable to adjust in the 2nd half because he truly has no idea how to. He's in over his head at this point, and will continue to get outcoached every single week by DCs that are frankly smarter and better at their jobs than he is. It might sound harsh, but that's truly where I am with him at this point. He's done nothing to show me that he actually understands how to draw up an opponent-driven game plan, and call plays with any actual purpose.

Worst I've seen since O'Brien handing the ball off to J.J. Watt in the playoffs.

You think it's stubbornness, or is it just pure, unfiltered incompetence?? I don't actually think he's stubborn....I think he truly just doesn't know how to even begin to adjust because he only knows the system the way it was taught to him.

I would love to hire Gary Kubiak to coach this offense. The offense needs to be simplified.
