    I don't get why this is news? We all know this.

    Basically Philly has stopped pretending he's anything more than a Kawhi 50 game a year type of a guy because he physically cant do it - that is fine, the NBA shouldn't fine them for that - you know what you're getting into at this point if you buy tickets to a 76ers game
