I was a big Weigman fan. But, Reed looked fantastic and Weigman is always hurt. I will be shocked if Reed isn’t the starter going forward.
Weigman is getting hype based on what he did in HS. They act like playing for all those different OCs has been bad for him, that's THAT many people that couldn't figure out how to get anything out of him. Hurt or not. And with all this stretchy backfield motion and RPO - Reed (with a little speed) has to be the guy if Weigman is always scared to take shots.
Well, I thought he looked good until the Norte Dame game. Unfortunately, he’s only been able to start 10 games in his college career. Anyway, Reed has earned the opportunity to get the starts going forward.
Looks like the Aggies finally got your coaching hire right this time. The Texas game is going to be crazy!!!!!
Closest thing to Johnny Football memories. My word, I can't remember one player entering a game and flipping the script like Reed did. It was electric.
I can remember! https://myaggienation.com/am_news/t...cle_6f95d96c-66c7-11e4-a980-aba663a6d8c7.html This was crazy though. It wasn't just the offense. The defense went from missing tackles to big hitting everything in sight. The crowd cranked it up. I still don't think Reed is even THAT good, Weigman is just THAT BAD. Seriously. We saw adjustments from both Elko & Klein coming out of the half - love to see it. I am worried about South Carolina. They're talented and play loose. Sloppy but deadly. Nothing to lose.
South Carolina is a dangerous team, especially at home. But the one thing I have faith in with Elko is that this team will be prepared. Also, unlike with the Fisher teams, this one seems to have a lot of high character guys and a lot of guys holding each other accountable.
Wow, Nate Hybl...that's a name I haven't heard in a long time. He's got an interesting post-football career going now https://www.7shifts.com/gusto-success-story-atlanta
