The refs will call the foul on the Rockets whether they touch Luca or not. Opponents can hack Alpi at will but those are not fouls because he is not an all star. Giannis, LeBron, Embiid, Tatum, and others might as well own the referees' whistles with their autographs whenever they play. It is always the case where they are fouled even before they are fouled. I might be exaggerating but let's not pretend that it is not happening. How many times have we seen Sochan and other Spurs players put both of their hands on Alpi's back, hack his arms during rebounds but get away with their fouls. This reminds me of Yao Ming who often had opponents hanging on him but fouls are not called. The numerous scars, some quite deep, are evidence of the inept officiating, or rigged ones.
