No, not **** that block. I'm tired of people watching one side of the ball, the block was the reason we even had that posession. No one even complimented it, no one says anything when he gets a stop or plays well, he misses two open shots (after so many of yall want him to score more) and now he's the worst player on the court.

Meanwhile Sengun had one good half of basketball in 3 games and everyone dragging Jabari after he was one of our best players literally last night.

 

Jalen Green is a star. He needs to build off this game and continue to play with this kind of confidence.

You should never assume you are getting a call, especially on the last possession of the game.

Honestly, Jalen played like a star to end the game. He was driving and kicking, getting layups at will, and probably should’ve passed it a little earlier to Cam on the fast break (but nobody is perfect). Not to mention he played really really solid defense again and most importantly showed a ton of effort. I think Cam still needs to work on thinking the game through a bit, on the pick and roll where he didn’t roll, had he just done that it would’ve been an easy layup too.

Either way, I didn’t expect us to make it a game after that atrocious second and poor third quarter. On to the next

How these average to good shooters forget how to shoot once they wear the Rockets jersey?

Like I said, I'm fine with the shots Jabari took at the end. The problem was they were ugly and didn't come close to going in. The guy was supposed to be a great shooter and he bricks wide open looks.

 

We would never get that call but they would 100% call it against us. Remember Eric Gordon vs Phoenix.?

 

Understandable. But I don't think we're that much better than SA. We still have a lot to figure out. I think I'm lower on the Rockets than most here. I see us still just fighting for a play-in spot.

Sadly, yes.

 

I agree, the stats may not show it but this was one of his best games because he picked his spots in the mid range and he started driving relentlessly. He can get to rim whenever he wants but it seems like Alpi clogs the driving lanes by forcing post ups

Yes, once he gains the attention from the refs as one of those “guys” he will start getting those calls.
