Imagine being the loser who lost the Democrats partan favor from CNN. Harris is one of the worst candidates, pound for pound and all around, to run for president. She has absolutely zero substance in her head.
I don’t know who these undecided or movable voters are, but I hope they didn’t watch the town hall. Kamala is not doing a terrible job in this campaign by any means. She just isn’t that talented or natural of a speaker, she seems to get in her own way, overthink things and seems to be focused on not making a misstep, rather than just speaking plainly to the audience. She is better than George W Bush, but they share the same problem of word salad and inability to connect. easy for me to say, sitting comfortably on my couch. I think the sad reality is that too many people are not ready to vote for a female presidential candidate, nevermind a black female. Maybe it is that simple. I don’t know. But the stakes are so damn high. The amount of damage Trump can do in a second term is simply staggering. I honestly feel like the country would easily elect a generic white male candidate (a la Biden 2020), someone like Tim Walz if he were on top of the ticket. I don’t hate Kamala at all and am fairly sure she would do just fine as president. I am certainly confident the downside of her presidency is not that bad, especially compared to the downside of a Trump presidency. And the upside is higher as well. Our voting base is so gawd damn stupid.
