Again it isn't fake and isn't surprising. Trump has been praising authoritarian fascists.

Trump again praises authoritarian leaders at Bronx rally
Trump said Vladimir Putin, Kim Jong Un, Xi Jinping and Viktor Orban were “at the top of their game, whether you like it or not.”

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2024/05/24/trump-rally-bronx-putin-kim-jong-un/

It isn't shocking that he would want Generals like Hitler. It is just another statement fitting the pattern from Trump.

He's praised Kim, Xi, Putin and disparage United States military.

Decorated retired General Mark Kelly also spoke about Trump's praise for Hitler multiple times. This was Trump's chief of staff.

So it isn't surprising that Trump would say these things. It makes sense and fits Trump's pattern.

It's fake, like the entire article. Several people have come forward and expressly pointed out the lies.

Again. It fits the pattern of things Trump says routinely. He has a history of this. People working with Trump and appointed by Trump have spoken out about that.

Multiple first hand sources, supported by contemporaneous notes. In the courtroom, that’s called admissible and damning evidence.

John Kelly Trump’s former Chief of Staff and his longest serving one reiterates that he believes Trump meets the definition of fascists and reiterates what Trump said about soldiers.

As Election Nears, Kelly Warns Trump Would Rule Like a Dictator
John Kelly, the Trump White House’s longest-serving chief of staff, said that he believed that Donald Trump met the definition of a fascist.

Mr. Kelly was homeland security secretary under Mr. Trump before moving to the White House in July 2017. He worked to carry out Mr. Trump’s agenda for nearly a year and a half. It was a tumultuous period in which he drew internal criticism over his own performance and grew disenchanted and distressed by conduct on the part of the president that he considered at times to be inappropriate and reflecting no understanding of the Constitution.

In the interviews, Mr. Kelly expanded on his previously expressed concerns and stressed that voters, in his view, should consider fitness and character when selecting a president, even more than a candidate’s stances on the issues.

He said that, in his opinion, Mr. Trump met the definition of a fascist, would govern like a dictator if allowed, and had no understanding of the Constitution or the concept of rule of law.

He discussed and confirmed previous reports that Mr. Trump had made admiring statements about Hitler, had expressed contempt for disabled veterans and had characterized those who died on the battlefield for the United States as “losers” and “suckers” — comments first reported by The Atlantic.

    Much more at links.

I was told that Trump really isnt threat to democracy. One dumbass poster say that it doesn’t matter that Trump wants to be a dictator because he wouldn’t be able to pull it off.

What compassion as an American leader JD?

This was in Arizona this week with JD Vance.

Vance recalled Walz saying they want to be “compassionate” toward migrants at the vice presidential debate earlier this month.

“Look, I don’t disagree with that,” Vance said. “But our compassion as American leaders belongs first to American citizens and people who have the legal right to be here.”

He has a warped view of compassion by the way he started the Haitians eating their pets BS. Yeah JD's is as full of it as Trump. Lying racist hypocrites. Most of those Haitians in Springfield have a legal right to be here. Immigrants are diseased, poison, murderers, coming from mental asylums, gang bangers, drug dealers, rapists, sex traffickers, and are eating pets and other stuff they aren't supposed to be eating according to Trump and Vance's racist fear mongering. Nobody else in our country does that stuff do they?

Jeff Crosby shares the legacy of his father, Harry "Croz" Crosby, a WWII hero and "Master of the Air."

His message is clear: Trump embodies everything his father fought against. "He’d crawl out of his grave and into a B-17" to stop Trump.

Now, it’s our turn to fight back—by voting for Kamala Harris and protect everything so many served to defend.

I find it both sad and disturbing that Americans can make light of the warnings about Trump. I think about my uncle who died fighting against the ideology Trump embraces, and just can't believe so many Americans don't care. It's sad.

I don’t think Trump will be a dictator like Hitler or Putin. I don’t think our system is that weak or he is they capable. What I do think he will be is along the lines of Erdogan, Modi and Orban. Where he will still have to deal with a viable
Opposition party and legislature but will bend executive power to his own favor. He will end the independence of the DOJ and will use it to go after not only political enemies like Adam Schiff but also media.

He will replace longtime administrative and military leaders with ones who will be personally loyal to him. Qualifications will be less on experience and capability and more on political loyalty.

One area to keep an eye on is the role that Elon Musk will play. My guess is he’s going to be given a special position on par with a cabinet role but not official that will require congressional approval. This position will give Musk oversight over departments and regulations that affect industrial, infrastructure and aerospace regulations. Especially ones that affect his companies. It basically will allow musk to write regulations to his own benefit.

The next Trump presidency won’t be a new Reich but it will have a lot of authoritarian aspects and be driven by grievance and corruption. Constitution principles will take a back seat to personal and partisan loyalties.

Of course the family said this, because he allegedly did not say this in front of the family. Also Trump didn't pay for the funeral.

The clear winner right for this election year is the Media.. They are having a field day with all of this.

Who really knows if the election is this close, but it's very clear the Media keeps pushing that down our throats...

You actually have betting sites doing the same thing such as "Fredi999" with "PolyMarket" that's buying shares too boost the election odds...

You have polls running on an hourly basis now.. This is just crazy...

So now it looks as if the media also has access to early voting and knowing who's in the lead....
