Well, to be honest, she is pretty weird in general. I hear you, but she also seems to walk through life in a shimmering alternate reality that happens at a slower speed than ours.

There's definitely something wrong with him. He also told people to go vote on Jan 5th or sooner a few days ago at some rally. The frequency of this kind of stuff happening is becoming more and more alarming. This is more than just normal aging. I know people a lot older than him that don't do that stuff. It seems very dangerous that his mental state doesn't disqualify him from serving 4 years as President. It will only get worse and worse, and he's already mentally unfit. Who knows what's going on with the rest of his body outside that impaired and aging brain.

I think he keeps mixing up the Nov voting with January because he's already consumed with plotting and scheming another Jan coup if he loses again. He knows it's very likely to happen.

4 years ago, it wasn’t good. Today, it’s much worse.

He was undisciplined 4–8 years ago, but he still managed to hold it together. Now, he's undisciplined and lost in his own thoughts, constantly switching midstream.

He was fairly easy to manipulate 4–8 years ago, and even more so today. Harris demonstrated this with just a few baits, and he couldn't help but get hooked - not just in the moment, but for weeks afterward. Putin and Xi are licking their chops.

He was quick and witty 4–8 years ago. He’s still got that, but only in much shorter bursts. If you compress time to under 30 seconds, he’s still sharp. But if you go beyond 30 seconds, he drifts off into weird tangents and gets lost.

Physically, he looks worse, and his stamina is clearly lower. Fully expected for someone of his age and weight.

He’s much staler now than he was 4–8 years ago. He doesn’t have many new ideas - just the same ones, but taken to more extreme levels. He’s gone from advocating for a targeted 10–25% tariff on China to proposing a 60% tariff on China and a 20% global tariff. He went from saying immigrants are very bad to they eat cats and dogs and that it’s due to their genes. He went from building walls and have Mexico pay for it to departing 15 milions, including legal immigratns. He went from praising Putin as smart to blaming America for Putin’s actions. He went from jailing Clinton as a slogan to using the military to go after "the enemy within", elected officials

4–8 years ago, there were adults in the room who kept him in check. The public didn’t see the worst of him, thanks to those people. Today, they not only refused to endorse him, but are saying things like he’s a fascist and the most dangerous person. And that was when they were dealing with a saner, more alert version of him. Now, he’s deteriorated in every aspect, and if he wins, there won’t be any adults left to keep him in check.

Anyone who is betting on Trump today is the same as Trump 4–8 years ago might want to buy some insurance and hedge their bets.

I want to push back on y'all a bit, and here's what I mean.

If we agree he's deteriorating and can't keep it together beyond, like, 30-second coherent bursts of his go-to ideas and lines, fine.

But that same person can't really be plotting anything. I had the same criticism for those painting Biden as both a vegetable and an evil communist mastermind. Like, you kinda have to pick one or the other, or go with a different model altogether.

I honestly believe -- and I'm probably way way too hopeful -- that we are less likely to see a January 6 riot / attack explicitly because of two things: (a) adults are already in charge and already preparing for this in the executive branch and military, and (b) you won't have a coordinated Trump to even give a coherent rally speech near the Capitol Building. He can fire off mean tweets, but that's a lot different than making mafioso style phone calls to state officials, holding clandestine meetings to coordinate fake electors, etc, holding weeks of emotion-riling "Stop the Steal" rallies, etc, etc. Can you imagine his "Stop the Steal" rally in December of this year? "Oh, let's just listen to music. And is there a toilet nearby? A beautiful toilet? That reminds me of a story..."

If Trump loses (looking like a coin flip probability), there's some chance that he keeps babbling while a number of key people turn away from him. Those left in his orbit are not generally the brightest bulbs. Maybe Elon and Twitter could organize an insurgency on their own -- that's totally possible. But The Donald is not going to have the coherent energy that would require (based on what we're seeing these last few months).

It's pretty obvious something is wrong with him, and it goes beyond being 78. He's getting more and more forgetful, mixing up people's names, confusing cities and places, and at times struggles to even pronounce certain words or even complete a sentence without veering off on some tangent. He is getting more and more angry and hate spewing with his late night social media rants against anybody and everybody. He's making a lot of odd decisions against the better judgement and advice of others. At times he just acts completely crazy spewing stuff so far beyond reality it's just bizarre.

I'm not saying he can't function half the time, but what I am saying is that when someone starts showing so many alarming signs of cognitive deterioration it should raise red flags. Symptoms can increase over time, and depending on the cause, they may never go away, but get worse and worse. I know one thing. If my mother started doing the stuff he's been doing I would get her to a neurologist. You don't just blow off stuff like that as insignificant, especially when Alzheimer's disease runs in his family. Maybe it's something else, but there is something wrong.

Another speculation is played out in the video clip below. Just watch this video at 1:43 start. There's a 3 minute or so clip that brings up good questions, showing Trump exhibiting signs of prefrontal temporal dementia. He might not have that disease, but the signs are all there, and just because he can scheme, plot, and plan doesn't change that. Each symptom is listed with clips of Trump showing those symptoms after each one is listed.

It's characterized by a gradual decline in intellectual functions, such as memory, reasoning, and abstract thinking, as well as changes in behavior, personality, language, and movement.

Some of the symptoms of FTD include unusual behaviors, emotional problems, difficulty communicating, difficulty with work, difficulty with walking, loss of vocabulary, forgetting what familiar objects are used for, using words incorrectly, repeating a limited number of phrases
Increasingly inappropriate social behavior, loss of empathy and other interpersonal skills, lack of judgment, loss of inhibition, lack of interest, also known as apathy, compulsive behaviors such as tapping, clapping, or smacking lips over and over, a decline in personal hygiene, and changes in eating habits.

I wish I could agree with you, but I can’t because Donald knows he will go to prison if he loses the election. He will do anything to avoid that, including a second insurrection.

Realistically, what could he do? He has a better chance of fleeing the nation than causing a 2nd insurrection. But...

The federal government will be prepared to secure itself, as will Congress. I hope each of the swing states is ready to protect their election processes from potential violence or state insurrection.

I've seen some weird things, but that 16-minute video is exceptionally... weird.

And sure, people who follow Harris are in a "cult" (sic).
My god, some people have truly lost their damn minds to support this sad, demented guy.

"Most Americans do not want a rematch between Biden and Trump. The first party to retire its 80-year-old candidate is going to be the party that wins this election."

My theory is that a lot of people are just conservative and are voting for the right wing all the same......

Trump is just another guy (demented that he is)

The US Election has become a Reality TV show......it is more entertainment than real politics.

    Felt that for decades now.

Well, now he can use an excuse to stiff them, unlike the $750,000 he still owes other cities around the country. People like you and me wouldn't get away with owing cities money for years, in fact, it would probably disqualify us from even running for office being in debt to the government.

"I won't pay the bill for this stupid company that rented us this c---," Trump said. "I won't pay the bill and then we'll have a story that Trump didn't pay the bill to a contractor."
