Yes - there are all types.

Most people have a pattern or "type" but not always, and that usually changes over decades.

If you were to take a snapshot of Trump, you would expect his "type" are Eastern European women... but if you look at just his dating history it isn't that clear cut ---- he has dated Candice Bergin and Gabriella Sabatini -- and tried to ask out Salma Hayek.

MOST of the women he has asked out or dated are socially attractive, but they are not all Eastern European and not all of them are blonde or even "white"...

I have no idea how many of the allegations against him are true - the sheer number, the timeline and his past comments make me EXTREMELY skeptical about the idea that he hasn't been a womanizer and likely an abuser. However - it could be that only 50% are real.

As for the civil judgment against him - I don't feel bad for him, it appears that he has had a long history of inappropriate conduct with women - but people need to remember than the lady that filed the suit was having her legal costs paid by a democrat billionaire. That doesn't mean that her allegations were not accurate - just that politics plays a part in this.

Having said that - there is a reason that you have not heard of any real claims of misconduct against women by Obama, Romney, GW Bush and others.... but you have against Trump, Clinton and RFK.... the allegations, when they are from multiple people, usually have some validity to them ....

 

I’m looking at the totality of the type of person Trump is, based on many decades of evidence, and concluding that I would not be surprised if it turned out he has forced himself on many, many women over the years. His open bragging about abusing women is just one part of it, and you’re far too quick to dismiss it like it means nothing given all the other evidence arrayed against him.

If a large number of women made allegations against one of those rappers, would my initial reaction be “I think those women are lying.”? No, it wouldn’t. Where there’s smoke, there’s (likely) some fire.

Credibility has a lot of factors when it comes to sexual assault allegations.

For example if a individual has a history of flagrant cheating on spouses, multiple divorces, slept with a pornstar, explicitly waxed lyrical about grabbing vaginas without consent and has like 20+ allegations from 20+ individuals, a new allegation towards said individual is going to be more credible than an allegation towards an individual who has stayed married to the same woman since 1994 and where this is is first allegation in his entire life of even basic sexual impropriety let alone assault.


The benefit of the doubt is earned through decades of evidence of a 30+ year healthy marriage.

My issues are the randomness of the allegations and that Trump was America's first reality star and we never heard anything until the 2016 campaign.

You never heard anything. His own wife testified under oath that he raped her in 1990.

If a new allegation occured today on twitter towards Bill Clinton, I'd believe it at face value until someone can disprove it. Because Bill Clinton hasn't earned the benefit of the doubt that someone like Obama or Waltz have with their lives with their spouses as evidence.

I hate the Bush jr. presidency as much as anyone but I am 100% confident that Laura Bush sincerely loves her husband and Bush Jr. never abused or cheated on her.

I freaking hate Reagan but I can count on a genuine love from Nancy towards her husband.

This judgement isn't partisan at all. This is basic social intelligence.

 

It's so weird how even during the Apprentice days I knew he was a scumbag who harassed women and treated them as sex objects only? I knew this since I was a teenager in the 2000s. i guess I just imagined things about him back then.

You're conflating "identify" with "support." Tim Walz, as a football coach and teacher, supported LGTBQ students by overseeing a club for them at school.

You've heard the line "doth protest too much... " I'm sure. Someone comfortable enough with their own masculinity and sexuality to do that is less likely to commit sex crimes, IMHO.
