Correct. Of course not. Trump lost the popular election in 2016. He did zero to try and expand his base while in office. The nation was unhappy with his handling of the pandemic. Trump spoke against mail in ballots while Democrats pushed them. Mail in ballots couldn't be counted in many states until after the in person balloting. Unlike Hillary, Joe Biden didn't beleive a Trump win was impossible and worked hard to get out the vote. It makes absolute sense that he would beat Trump. Trump has never won the most votes. It shouldn't have surprised anyone that he lost.
The border has always been an issue and will always be an issue, I genuinely think that immigration will never be fixed because that fix is totally different depending on who you are talking to. I'd like a very secure border with fewer crossings but more avenues for people to visit, work and go to school here. Not only does that help with illegal crossings but it also allows the country to keep track of who is here. But we have to at some point be honest as well, Trump did not fix the border but he didn't completely lose control of it either. Just because Trump's policy wasn't groundbreaking and a fix for a nearly impossible task does not mean that Biden and Kamala get a free pass... I do not think they could have handled the border any worse than they did, yes the crossings grew to insane amounts under Biden and Kamala, that's not a coincidence. So do the number of crossings go down under Trump if elected in November? Without a doubt and I think you know it, and I think the country needs it. Its not racist to vote for this and claiming that people are racist for wanting secure borders and deportations is a shameful tactic into guilting people not to vote for Trump.
