The new season has started and I think it is a sport many Americans would love. There are actually some leagues in America that are probably played in your home state or city where you live. Anyone can play the sport.

Have and fans here already seen this sport before or like the look of it?

It was funny when Pat McAfee discovered it for the first time

Have some family in Melbourne and they go bonkers over it.

Kinda got into it a bit myself and the best way I can describe it is full contact ultimate frisbee coupled with punting the ball through the uprights (2 sets and different point totals for each) when you get in or around the edge of the scoring area.

I saw some Aussie rules while in Singapore but admit I don’t get the rules. I was in a sports bar a few days ago that was showing bit Aussie rules and rugby on screens side by side and could tell they were different, besides the shape of the field, but nor sure how.

it is played in America. There are many teams now. The rules are pretty easy to learn.
