Bremer is absolutely right. I have no idea how this was dragged back to being a Bush/Kerry debate, but Rumsfeld's strategy obviously failed. Sorry to say, but Rumsfeld is a confused old fool, and the world knows it. IF you go in there, do it so massively and with enough troops that you do not let the insurgents create an atmosphere of chaos. Rumsfeld goes back and forth with confused statements. I am not sure if he isn't senile already. I am not going to comment about Bush, but Rumsfeld and Ashcroft should be an embarrassment even to people who are completely behind the current US government's decisions.
