Well the answer is easily In-and-Out but if you don’t live where you can easily go to one, I think you have to pick something else. Arby’s, believe it or not, has some great burgers and apparently they are going to stay on the menu. Whataburger along with Sonic and Hardee’s have good burgers. Sorry OP but the whopper would be the last burger I would ever get. Not only does it pale in comparison to some of the others mentioned, but Burger King has the worst marketing campaign going right now. I don’t plan on eating there any time soon and I might consider going there for the first time in 10 years if they change their stupid damn commercials.
whataburger...they do that frito chili cheese burger once or twice a year and thats my #1. as far as year-round menu items i would go with whataburgers sweet and spicy bacon burger. hat creek makes a pretty good burger and they have sweet potato fries. p. terrys used to be a contender, but they have gone downhill the last few years. still take them over in-and-out though. but the one thing where in-and-out wins is the cleanliness of the restaurant and quality customer service. they rival chick-fil a in that department and when it comes to fast food that definitely counts bigly.
I enjoyed p terrys and mighty fine in Austin but haven't been there for years. Not sure if they have Habit Burger in TX but it's the new King of flame broiled char grilled burgers. Animal style in n out is still the best bang for the buck if it weren't for the wait.
This...for me it's mustard, lettuce and jalpaneos at Whataburger. Sometimes add monterrey jack cheese.
If it’s just fast food types, not including Five Guys. Then it’s just a number 5, bacon cheeseburger how it comes and add jalapeños for me
The patties used to actually be flame broiled, as advertised. You'd see the broiler in the back and the BK's had chimneys where you'd see the smoke vent out. Now it's just crap.
