I remember Kroger having great chicken back in the day, that was our go-to for pool days when nobody felt like grilling.
Head to your local hood and look for the shittiest restaurant building you can find. I guarantee that chicken place will be fire.
Not from me. I've said it in another thread. KFC original is Fuego, but it has to be fresh. KFC original that has been sitting seems too salty and that crispy skin just falls right off.
Yeah, it's been a while since I've had it, but if you get it fresh and eat it immediately it's damn good.
bb.q Chicken Katy. Don't care for their other chain, but that location I've always enjoyed when I want some decent Korean fried chicken. Also like Popeyes if we're talking big chain.
Church's has stepped up their game tremendously over the last few years. There was a time where no chain could ever come close to touching Popeyes, but lately Popeyes has gone down in size (sometimes their pieces are TINY) and quality, where Church's has leveled up.
Well, here ya go: the algorithm just popped this up on my phone https://www.chron.com/food/article/best-fried-chicken-houston-18585113.php
I get fried chicken from Wal Mart Deli for office meetings all the time and you can get 50 pieces cheap and its really good......I was shocked
I've actually never had Frenchy's. I have to agree with this - Pollo Campero is the tastiest I've ever had (besides my own).
I have to say, I tried Popeyes Ghost Pepper Wings and they were incredible. I wasn't expecting much but was wildly impressed.
I’m not usually a sides and drink kinda person but every time that I’m there now, they always take my money with the plantains, yuca fries, and mango nectarine drink.
