ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Jazz 10/7/2024 (Preseason)

Rotation needs to be reduced to play all these young guys good amount of minutes. Like Tate, Holiday and Landale shouldn't be getting any minutes. Reduce the rotation to 10 guys with the core 7 with Fred, Adams and Brooks being the only vets getting minutes. Even then I'd rather Brooks just be traded for some future draft capital and reduce the rotation to 9 with only FVV and Adams being the only vets getting minutes.

Yeah for "CP3 with a more lethal shot" and "better than Jalen day 1" he's looked pedestrian so far, almost like it was a weak draft and the number 3 pick wasn't projected to be the greatest PG of all time...

Pretty solid overall for first half of first preseason game.

 

Talent wise absolutely but I suspect youth will hold them back some..

Do we need Brooks? I'm not convinced with Jalen engaged on D. I'd be VERY interested in seeing a Jalen/Cam/Amen/Tari/Sengun lineup...

The funny thing is Jazz aint even bad. They have an all star/max player, a former all star in collins and premier scorers in Collins and Clarkson.

Listen im not sure what youre trying to prove by saying this but Dillion wont be coming off the bench and if Jalen doesnt play right his ass will be on the bench and Cam Whitmore will be a starter its just a fact. You're acting like Cam cant and hasnt played SG and thats just not true. Ya'll can play favorites but I want the person who deserves it the most to start regardless of who it is. And competition is good for the team.

 

Man I’m so effin pumped for this season! This is what we’ve been waiting for… this rebuild is now legitimately competitive. We HAVE to have to be the most exciting team in the league, amirite?
