Who Gets Cut Between Maker and McVeigh???

    Rockets have 16 NBA quality players on the team and only 15 spots. Thoughts on the one to be cut? Likely will be Maker, but love having that size and athletic abilty for a backup.

    Jack McVeigh is a 2 way player and Thon Maker is an Exhibit 10 player. I believe the Aussie might have a better chance of replacing AJG's spot.

    I think McVeigh is going to wow us tonight. This is one of those hustle guys that fans love and he has a good 3 pt shot. The problem is minutes as it is for all our SF’s.

    I think we can keep both since there is an open roster spot (Griffin retiring) and Jack is on a two-way.

    If he does indeed “wow” us then I wonder if the team would be open to moving Brooks who just doesn’t excite me as an NBA starter. Fine as a backup, but he’ll never agree to that.

    I stand correct. Both of them are Australians. I believe Jack McVeigh might be able to make it to the 15th spot, instead of Thon Maker.
