Other than the Coleman TD. The secondary played a hell of game and the pass rush got Allen out of his comfort zone. Don't understand how he was allowed to go back in the game. Coaches just let it happen. His head was like a bobblehead when it hit the turf.

I don’t see that…the contract is onerous, right?

Shout out to Al-Shaari. Played a great game while being sick.

It was a win...but it didn't feel as exciting as it would've if they had actually maintained they did in the 1st half. Nico getting hurt sucked out most of the excitement. The 2 critical turnover by CJ was disappointing, and Slowik continues to be a guy who's not going to be a head coach anytime soon.

Plus if the Bills had run the ball 3 times the Texans had 3 timeouts. So they would've gotten the ball back, but I dont know about getting those 3 yds.

He looked completely passed out and he seemingly almost convinced the medical team that he didn't need to be checked out. Definitely weird.

I think if it was 60 yards instead of 59 it could have hit the goal post. Those 3 extra yards made a difference.

For a good 20 minutes there, I was pretty convinced we were returning to the era where the Texans find a way to lose. That was really amazing(ly bad).

First half is what this team can look like if they aren't beating themselves like previously... In the 3rd, the ugly came back, with the help of a few questionable flags. In the 4th, #7 did what he doesn't do... and we still win against a good team - without a few top contributors. I will take it and look forward to getting healthy and pulling it all together.

And yes, outside Kiami, our special teams is very average right now.

This happens too much for my comfort....

I was screaming and cheering all first half with excitement.

    Second half....

I was yelling and screaming not very nice things at the stupid play calls, dumb penalties, and turnovers.

The Savior Ka'imi Fairbairn saves the day with a huge game winning field goal.

I can breathe now, but my heart's still pumping off the adrenaline.

There's an option after this season (I don't know the details of it) that would mean he earns about $44M/yr over the next 2 seasons

    Not elite with Nico out.

Nico/Mixon being out will make this a slightly above avg offense.

Nico is great but they should have enough weapons. Everyone eats (or should eat) in this offense. CJ is an equal opportunity passer. “Guy who’s open gets the ball.”

    Preseason WR depth chart:
    Nico Collins
    Tank Dell
    Stefon Diggs
    Robert Woods
    Noah Brown
    John Metchie
    Steven Sims
    Xavier Hutchinson
    Ben Skowronek
    Quintez Cephus
    Johnny Johnson III
    Jadon Janke
    Jaxon Janke

“Wow, there’s gonna be some tough cuts!”
“Might have the best WR room in the league!”

Now they don’t have enough weapons? Or now we need to trade for another high profile wide receiver? Nah, the OC needs to get his head out his ass. Aren’t you asking where’s Diggs? (Even if you think he’s lost a step or not the same guy) Or where’s Dell? Or where’s Schultz? Guy like Metchie can’t/doesn’t even see the field.

    (1) I hope Nico is ready to go soon so we don't have to consider
    (2) If you're shouting for Davante Adams, I think Amari Cooper is more realistic (lower cap hit // Bama // less compensation required)
