Astros vs Tigers

Mets and Braves have to play the DH on Monday to decide things.

Arizona has a stake in this as well.

 

My fantasy baseball league has come down to one other guy any myself and it's within a few points after today. Might've been a little closer had I been able to get points out of Yanier and Jose Ramierez...but luckily I beat the other guy to the waiver wire this morning and picked up every available Met and Brave. I'll nearly have a full lineup while he'll only have one or 2 playing.

 

If one team wins both games then Arizona gets into the postseason

 

Don't care. Just want Sale to get bashed and the hitters I have to do the damage.

You should. It's amazing.

 

Crazy… sort of like that NFL game a few years ago where both teams could have made the playoff with a “tie”… yet one of them got stupid and tried to win it outright and the other team happily took it and knocked them out of the playoffs. (I think it was Chargers vs. Raiders).

Or do the Braves/Mets don’t care if both make it and go for the split? A lot will depend on what happens for the team that wins the first game (they clinch) and how they decide to play the second game.

 

And with that, astros regular season comes to an end.

why do we always get the ****ing afternoon games

 

Almost always go opposite a NY team. Almost hope the Braves take both and spite MLB.

 

Like after 162 games with simultaneous games, MLB can't do it for the playoffs.

 

Not gonna lie, I stopped watching The Astros early on in the season.... Checked scores every now n then, start watching now or wait for the ALCS or World Series?
