Well, most school shootings happen with legal guns that were purchased by law abiding citizens.

You might not be the dumbest person in America, but your response has "this person needs a lobotomy" written all over it.

You missed the whole regulatory requirements bit. The 2nd amendment clearly states the words "well regulated militia." Meaning its the regulations of the guns that is the problem, and the intent of the word "militia" as to define who the Constitution is stating has access to firearms.

My personal opinion is that 18 year olds without the training or liability insurance we require for driving an automobile, should not be regulated to be allowed access to high powered weapons of war. Just as an 18 year old cannot go purchase a Nascar at a local shop without insurance, or the proper training... and the government has the ability to look at each automobile and determine what is or is not too dangerous. All automobiles are dangerous, and we assume some risk as a society in order to reap the benefits of that risk, but we do have the CONSTITUTIONAL ability as a society to determine regulations of dangerous types of weapons, and now automobiles.

I'm perfectly fine, and believe like most Democrats that if you need a firearm to protect your home, or if you need a firearm to hunt, etc. then there are plenty of "safer" weapons you should be allowed to purchase if you are of age, have training, agree to comply with regulatory requirements (safe storage, etc.), and have liability insurance.

This isn't that crazy, and not that complicated. Only people like you want to make it that way to try and drive a wedge, and spread false propaganda that is typically fear based, and creates an irrational relationship with firearms. That irrational relationship is part in why mass shootings are a thing. Your right wing propaganda and brainwashing about guns is a big part of the problem. There is terror in people's hearts, and a sense in part of society that military equipment, and mass murdering machines are not just Constitutional, but mandatory for the right in order to survive from the BIG BAD DEMOCRATS and their rapist brown and black hoards coming to rape your daughters, and enslave all white men.

That is why we have a Fcked up relationship with firearms in this country. It's your bullsh$t.

Okay, you're backtracking. At first you said "literally no Dems advocate for NO access to firearms"..... now it's *most* Dems.

You got emotional and exaggerated. No big deal, but it's part of the reason I responded how I did.

Not sure why would the Republicans would want to enslave all white men when white men mostly vote red.

I do believe there should be stricter gun regulations, but the main problem in America is fatherless homes. The government should make laws to enable that better. Two potential ways to help are 1) joint custody of children being the default and 2) limiting welfare.

Honestly, I don't know a single Democrat who has decided that they are going to vote for Trump. I just don't see him winning. You don't see hundreds of high ranking officials, National Security experts, and Democrats saying they are going to vote for Trump because Kamala is unfit or a National Security risk. You don't see tons of women deciding to switch parties and vote for those two creeps either. Nope. I just don't see Trump winning.

I mean the guy was a disaster the first time, has aged 8 years, has committed more crimes than anyone I've known in my life, is lying at an unbelievable rate, and has been confusing names, places, and where he rallied that day. He's seriously not all there cognitively. Anyone can see something is off with him.

He's ramped up the racism, spewed utter ridiculous nonsense, and continues to act like our country is on the verge of some imaginary apocalyptic spiral with millions of immigrants eating all our pets, raping and murdering our children, and people not being able to afford a loaf of bread.

Trump has no loyalty to anyone but the highest bidders, and the ones who will defend him no matter what he does, legal or not. He's a huge risk to National Security.

Don't let them make you think that voting for Trump is standing up to anyone in a way that is beneficial for you.

Kameltoe’s path to victory is so much harder than Trump’s. She basically has to pick up all of the blue wall states where Trump only has to pick up one state and he will get his 270.

And Mark Cuban makes exactly this point. I'm glad he is making it on CNN and Fox, to a national audience. He's good at it.

As related to school shootings, you left out the most relevant part. This is what she said: "I’m in favor of assault weapons bans, universal background checks, and red flag laws. These are just common sense."

If she can do that, it would reduce school shootings, given that every recent school shooting involved an assault weapon.

Now, Trump on the other hand... more school shootings.
