Such a dumb question. An even dumber statement after the question. Firstly, if a 5 year old child says they are going to knock you out. How much value are you going to put on that threat? They could not in their wildest dreams think of putting anyone into the river other than their own blood. Secondly, I don't fall into any tribe, there is no side I support as I don't have skin in the game. I believe a country has the right to protect itself so Israel had the right to go after Hamas but only in proportionality to the crime. After that you have to ask why it happened and how can you ensure it does not happen again. Is it something you are occupying, controlling, or funding which is causing it. If you repeat the cycle of the past then it will repeat again, so something new has to be tried. Now that could be genocide where you kill all of the people in Gaza. Based on the quantity of bombs and density of the population it might be the case there are 200-300k dead and 60% of all infrastructure has been turned into rubble. You could keep going this way and kill the remaining 2 million. I do not call this proportionate. I think Netanyuerrorist is a crude and power hungry brute. All people in power just care for power it's such a sad era where the powerful are untouchable and control the masses in ways they do not even understand they are being manipulated and used. Essentially, if you cannot criticize both parties in any conflict I would say you have fallen into propaganda and have been programmed to believe good vs evil. Our brain forces us to think like this because it has to work less. In my books if you unable to criticize a side you support then you are nothing but a bot. So I ask you to only use your brain more
Israel did not want or seek a war with Lebanon but at the end, there is a limit to how much a nation can absorb. This war was waged against Israel through a terror attack of the worst kind on October 7 and the VERY next day later Hezbollah started attacking Israel day in, day out endlessly for the last almost one year. It doesn't matter the fact that these terrorist are not as efficient as they hope to be. Hezbollah and Hamas desire to destroy Israel and unfortunately the far leftists and the mind virus wokes are completely complicit,... Let's not talk nonsense like it's a five-year-old and you should be "proportionate". So is proportional reaction equates to lobbing 8000 rockets and missles randomly in civilian directions because that is the idiocy Hezbollah does after Oct 7 . The idea that the current leadership in Israel didn’t want a war is absurd. Hamas - Hez and the current Israeli all wanted a war - all were looking for an excuse… and I hope all three of them are crushed.

It’s odd but had Oct 7 not happened, had Hez not lobbed 8000 rockets starting the day after Oct. 7, we wouldn’t even be talking a war. it’s real simple stop trying to destroy Israel and it will be a much better situation
