I just think having to depend on Jeff Weaver for anything sucks.

"On paper, we're much better than the Astros, than the Giants," Todd Walker said. "It's just incredibly unbelievable with the team we have to lose six out of seven. I've never seen anything like it. It's just a freak deal. This whole year has been a freak deal."

The Dodgers are doing their best Cubs imitiation.

Looks like the Stros gotta do it by themselves..

I knew we couldn't depend on a team that relies so much on Jose Lima.

Lima pitches the LA clincher on Sunday versus Schmidt.

I just tried to figure out the rotations for possible playoff, But I"m lost. Every web site has different probables. I guess a lot depends on when Perez from LA pitches. Hopefully it's against the Giants soon!

Also, wasn't Hermanson supposed to be suspended for hitting Kent. For 3 games. How is he allowed to pitch? The dude is bringing his $800,000 dollar salary onto the mound.

No he appealed the suspension and MLB said they would not hear his appeal until after the season so he will serve the suspension to start next season. Sounds like BS to me.
