How the f is that a penalty? It should be holding! Block in the back maybe?

 

That wasn’t late or dirty. But it was a flag according to the rule.

 

Not sure what else you’re supposed to do there as a rusher.

 

All right well injuring their QB is certainly a way to stage a comeback

 

Will their backup to the backup come in and beast against the Texans too?

They're always going to throw a flag when you go for the QB's knees

That being said that flag may have been worth it

NFL really needs to have an open dialogue about this stuff

 

No such thing as a block in the back around the LOS

 

Watch the replay. Dude got held around the corner and the tackle just shoves him down. What else can you do there?

 

Refs only see what they want to see.

 

I mean… physics alone as he turns the corner. You get shoved in the back then you are going down.

so no, they don't always throw flags for that

 

There is no holding if they're wearing purple.

Maybe a penalty by the books, but he was only that low because he got pushed down that low by the tackle. So not dirty IMO.
