I agree. Tucker is as good as gone. He has always struck me as a guy who will test FA unless he got a FA level extension offer. Guys who start their careers w/ $MM in the bank usually can play that way if they want. Furthermore, he is young, VERY consistently All Star level, no chronic health risks (his flukey broken leg has no future risk), and has a well rounded skillet that ages well. He is likely looking for a Mookie Betts, Bryce Harper kind of deal. And has earned the right to shop there.
