Yeah referee abuse is what’s wrong with society. Nailed it. The game looked rigged man, I don’t love complaining about umps either, but give me a break. It was an atrocity. And replay review is supposed to fix that.
"As he started to untie his shoe, I started to grab my glove. I didn't know if I was the one that was going to be going in, but I didn't know what he was doing, but I was just getting ready," Kessinger said.
He’s a guarantee to pucker up your *******, but he seems to work his way out of danger better than most.
Am I paranoid to think that the umpires will levy some revenge today after embarrassing them last night?
Why would the Astros care? These umps have been screwing the Astros all series already. They can go ahead and eject all the Astros. Saves them time to fly home.
It’s not like the Padres were happy with them either. Walking off the field and yelling at them telling them they are terrible after getting a call that technically benefits them doesn’t help.
Padres are like ungrateful sons. Umps did everything they could to help, but gets blamed by them in the end. Like any father to their sons, the umps will continue to be bias towards the Padres. Don't expect anything different.
Exactly what I was thinking. Plus I believe they've gotten the word from Manfraud to screw us every chance they get.
In the playoffs, when the pitching staffs shrink, having to face Cease, King and Darvish with that back end of the bullpen (Adam, Scott and Suarez) is not going to be fun.
Such a weird ass take and that’s coming from someone who has reffed basketball and baseball. It’s part of the job just like getting booed is part of the job for the guys actually playing it. Wait until you find out some fans/teams actually boo their own players… Also, really weird you’re OK with certain posters calling Joe Espada a moron and criticizing every move he makes when he is “just trying to do his job” but this is where you draw the line lol
