So, ump calls a ball out of the zone a K to end the inning with runner on third for the Astros. And then calls a ball for the Padres when it hit the strike zone for what should've been a K and he gets a hit the next pitch.
I'm done with this tonight. I already factored in a loss today.

Angels fan and Padres fan still heartily booing Altuve in 2024. Sad for Altuve... but pretty funny to witness as an Astros fan in CA.

 

I would not want to play this Padres team in the postseason. Solid up and down the lineup with guys who don’t strike out. Really good starters and maybe the best 7-8-9 out of the pen in the MLB.
