That's fine. Everybody has to make their own choice. But I cannot come along with you for the reasons I've said, even if I do have some serious disappointments about the coming Harris Administration. It's the lesser of two evils, and I don't think I'll realistically get anything better than that.
Did Trump fire Tulsi yet? Wasn't she supposed to be his debate prepper? Kamala did a great job of making Trump look like an unserious, past-his-prime crank. I think 2016 Trump either wouldn't have taken all her bait or would have cleverly combatted it, but 2024 Trump isn't capable of that. And I think her approach of being above his ridiculousness is the right approach. The Hilary approach of moralizing and pretending to be so offended at the disrespect for decorum was a terrible approach. Also a terrible approach to Trump was catastrophizing everything and trying to make it seem like Trump is the mad genius who's going to seize control of the entire federal government. Anyway, I wouldn't be surprised if there are no more debates. Kamala exceeded expectations and she'll probably regress to the mean in the future. Trump apparently doesn't have it anymore and would rather yell at the Fox and Friends hosts than talk with someone who isn't a committed sycophant. I know Kamala said she'd be open to more, but I'm skeptical we'll see any.

Look my position is there needs to be exceptions on abortions - I have heard enough from leftists that utterly hate the second amendment and that mindset works its way into partisan politics - Diane Feinstein simply said out loud what many leftists feel - I totally get it ... incrementalism is a real thing If you ban enough “specific” (or nonspecific) guns, you get to a total ban piecemeal and The only reason many don't specifically completely want a total gun ban is because of the bill of rights that make it complicated to take that position...
