Is there still a Watson thread and if there isn't what do you propose that we do, considering mods shutdown the previous Watson thread?
Just wondering where we are supposed to discuss this since they shutdown the other thread. There's not a place to discuss this in the NFL section.
Respectfully, you’ve been here too long to ask these questions. Create a thread in the NFL Discussions
No I haven't, I just want to know what to do since the mods deleted the other Watson thread. Respectfully, answer the question.
Start your own thread in either the D&D or the NFL thread. It just doesn’t belong in the Texans thread. Some of use sports forums to relax and talk sports. It doesn’t make us bad people. What’s the next thing you want to talk about in a football forum, abortion? Trump? Incest? GTFO with this.
It's just gonna get shutdown again. We are talking about an NFL player. We cant talk about NFL players transgressions? Kinda the opposite of like when Stroud and his mother were buying toys for kids for Christmas. Or are we only allowed to talk about the good things NFL players do and not the bad things that they do. This is where this seems to be headed. Probably because some posters dont want to admit they were so wrong about Watson the person and Watson the player. I would want to run from this if I was in their shoes too. Especially because there's a bunch more cases out there and there is a good chance this civil case could lead to criminal charges.
Just don't talk about it in the Texans thread. What do you not understand? Try this one: https://bbs.clutchfans.net/threads/2024-nfl-season-discussion.324094/
I don’t understand how forums work. Help me please. I want to talk about Taylor Swift endorsement of the moon. She’s dating a football player that the Texans will play so it must be ok to talk about it in the Texans thread. Where else should I do that besides right here? If you don’t give me a link to a place to talk about it I will do it here cause the mods never created a Swift loves the moon thread and I don’t know how. I like being stupid on purpose
I just wonder what the powers that be see in Rashad Weaver who replace Okudah on the 53 man roster, even though a LB recently waived off the Titans. He appears to be about 25 pounds heavier than any other LB on the roster. Could he be a designated run stuffer?
Practice squad rules specifically highlighting those concerning veterans. 1. 16 with a 17th if one is an NFL International Pathway Program participant LIKE Killian Zierer. 2. 10 of 16 must be rookies are second year players. 3. Can be elevated up to three times to game day, but must 48 player active roster is not increased effectively requiring someone else on the 53 man to be inactive for the game. Rookies and second year players get up to $12,500/week. Veterans get up to $21,300 per week. This Practice Squad CAP is the likely source of distress when anyone is moved from a Roster spot to a Practice Squad spot. I am guessing that the Practice Squad Contract would be treated independently and a veteran who is waived or released with remaining guaranteed money would still receive it without it counting toward the Practice Squad Cap.
