Jeremy Pena needs to bat 2nd, his speed on the basepaths is needed to jolt this sluggish lineup. The team is energized when you have speed at the top of the lineup.

 

There isn’t a team in the league batting a guy with the 7th highest OPS on their respective team (8th if you count Gamel) 2nd in the lineup. And there’s a reason for that.

 

This loss is not on Joe. It just ****ing isn’t.

Astros shared MVP's Spencer bouncing back and Abreu. Abreu finally looked like what he's able to be again. That make up of "I mean business and you ain't even gonna touch this" with good control.

About Joe. I have been ignoring all the talk about extra innings and 1 run games as rubbish and sample sizes too small. But tonight again as home team you can't fkin score in 2 innings with free runners on scoring position. It's like almost impossible feat and that's why visitors always go for more than 1 run top of the inning. I guess A's knew Astros can't score 1 because they were bunting and s**t from getgo.

The bye for 1st round does't seem to interest guys. Maybe tomorrow div win might bring some urgency. So frustrating. Grrrr.

 

Occasionally, I peek at the ignored content list because, well, I'm curious. Your 1 run and Espada shtick gets old so quickly.
